The group delivers the applications that enable Sponsor employees to complete travel and financial transactions. These applications have complex architectures and multiple interfaces. Legacy applications must be closed out with the retirement of Lotus Notes, and major re-engineering of those functions must continue in an effective manner under the constraints of the Sponsor infrastructure, interface partners, and Business partner goals. The applicant selected will possess skills and demonstrated experience in the areas of working with technical designs and program documentation, as well as other artifacts to guide development of the requirements, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working with all levels of the organization. They will work to achieve the goal of the organization to achieve efficiencies and will work with various development and testing teams, both internal and external.

All Candidates must have a TS/SCI
Mandatory Skills
Demonstrated experience with Spring and Hibernate or equivalent object relational (O/R) mapping tools.
Demonstrated experience with the Java language itself, Java servlets, Java Server pages, custom tags, JDBC, and OO analysis and design.
Demonstrated experience with XML, HTML, knowledge and understanding of Ant and unit testing frameworks, specifically JUnit knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.
Experience working with Java technologies and web server technologies
Optional Skills
Demonstrated experience with Groovy, Restful web services, Maven knowledge and understanding of how to configure and administer Tomcat servers.
Demonstrated experience with Oracle database technology, Selenium RC and IDE.
Demonstrated experience with Sponsor''s Financial systems and developing applications that interface those systems.
Experience creating applications that interface with the Agency financial systems via web services
BS in Technology Discipline or 10 years equivalent experience working in development of software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
