TASC is currently seeking an experienced Program Control Analyst to support a program office in daily operations and ad hoc tasking. Program Control Analyst support shall include:
Coordinate and review all duties related to budget preparation, monitoring, updating for major system acquisitions
Review program requirements and spend plans for accuracy and completeness
Identify and convey resource trade-offs within and among competing programs, draft and review for completeness budget estimates, analyze program performance, assist with budget exercises, monitor the commitment obligation and expenditure of funds throughout the life cycle of the appropriation
Evaluate program execution, assess the impact of developing trends and issues using appropriate methodologies to determine if the program is proceeding within available resources and remaining consistent with goals
Provide input into the preparation of budget summaries, charts, memoranda, issue papers and talking points
REQUIRED:
Must have and maintain a current/active Top Secret/SCI clearance and have the ability to successfully obtain a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology or business administration strongly preferred. Experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree.
A minumum of 6 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and macros)
Knowledge of Federal Government budgetary principles and proceduresEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
