Overview
Eagle Ray Inc. is currently seeking a Corporate Governance support candidate.
Responsibilities
The candiate's functions include, but are not limited to, policy and process consultation, assistance in meeting preparation and facilitation, and administrative support. The candidate shall update, maintain and operate multiple Corporate Governance information sites on a weekly basis as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Candidate shall have the following education, experience, and skills:
A degree (or equivalent experience) in an area such as resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, or coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, policy, and process consultation.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
6 years experience.

Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Critical Thinking - Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
8 years experience.
1 year experience in the Intelligence Community.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
