Responsibilities
Prepares and/or conducts metrics analysis activities. Defines program metrics to include key performance indicators and collection methodologies. Conducts metrics improvement sessions (i.e., Lean Six Sigma) with contract and government personnel to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and programs. Documents baseline process performance. Identifies improvements areas, effectively communicates improvements to the customer, tracks progress, and identifies process and quality goals. Identify interrelationships between processes, both internal and with the enterprise.
Qualifications
Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
Minimum eight years of experience participating in BPR activities with two of the years of experience using process improvement methodologies, e.g., Lean Six Sigma Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
