IT SPECIALIST (ENTARCH)

The NRO will make selections at the GG-14 level for this position. FOR CURRENT CIVILIAN FEDERAL EMPLOYEES APPLYING PLEASE SEE THE QUALIFICATIONS SECTION BELOW. As a IT Program Manager (ENTARCH), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide program management support related to programs to include development, architecture, procurement, and operations & maintenance. Use marketing tactics to guide potential customers to adopt standard IT infrastructure services. Brief senior leadership on enterprise IT resource issues, and present new IT architecture concepts. Preparing customers for the launch of new IT systems and the implementation of new services throughout the entire IT Life Cycle. Manage current and future resource needs based on organizational goals, and priorities across budget realities. Maintain and apply a broad understanding of financial management principles to ensure safekeeping of an organization's IT infrastructure. Develop plans regarding the implementation and proliferation of IT services, and the feasibility of incorporating state-of-the-art systems development and design techniques. This position is an Senior Level DCIPS position. DCIPS Expert Level positions include GG-14. The NRO is only accepting applications from US Citizens and current GS/GG-14, or equivalent civilian Federal Government employees for this position. Federal Government employees, who currently are GS/GG-14, or equivalent, may ONLY apply for lateral reassignment at their current grade level and step. Provide leadership, technical, and administrative directions to the subordinate workforce. Solve systemic management problems of major significance through staff coordination and meetings with the NRO leadership. Evaluate IT planning packages for compliance with, and/or enhancements to the NRO enterprise architecture, and makes recommendations based on those evaluations. Present new architecture concepts, identifies problems, and recommends solutions. Evaluate the value and applicability of new or improved technology, strategies, trends, or applications. Conduct technical analyses of systems to determine the emerging nature of requirements, logical work, and information flows, and to ascertain whether advancements in IT are feasible, and whether they should be incorporated. Make recommendations to the NRO CIO regarding the implementation and proliferation of IT technology, and the feasibility of incorporating state-of-the-art systems development and design techniques. Evaluate the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction, and other outcomes. Determine the gaps between the current and the target architecture and develops plans for transitioning to the target architecture. Provide enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teams. Ensure technical integration is achieved across the enterprise by participating in test planning, validation, and reviews. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
