PROGRAM MANAGER

The NRO will make selections at the GG-12 level for this position FOR CURRENT CIVILIAN FEDERAL EMPLOYEES APPLYING PLEASE SEE THE QUALIFICATIONS SECTION BELOW. As a PROGRAM MANAGER you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manages daily programmatic functions, interfaces with mission partners across the IC and DoD, reaches out to operational users to ensure proper program support. Provides extensive coordination and guidance to a wide range of government, military, and contractor personnel on methods, processes, practices, lessons learned and risk mitigation. Develops, maintains and manages updates to program documentation, performing evaluations as required. Develops and reviews Statements of Work and Request for Proposals. Works with team Contracting Officers to perform contract modifications and program competitive selection(s) as required, assists Program Managers to manage/monitor program expenditures, produces monthly program status reports, works with industry counterparts to ensure contracted deliverables are within cost, schedule and performance constraints. Develops, prepares and conducts oral and/or written presentations to report monthly analysis of project or program status in order to identify and isolate potential problems. Participates in the resolution of complex resource allocations; performing in-depth, rigorous analysis of program, technical, and budget trade-offs and explores alternatives. Supports numerous long- and short-term, high priority unique special projects. Receives a wide variety of requirements typically requiring quick responses. Responsible for performing various technical and advisory functions relative to the personnel assigned to the particular project segment. Serves as a consultant providing analysis and assessment of enterprise-wide initiatives, projects, or programs with strategic, enterprise, or tactical impacts relative to the organization's strategy. This position is a Full Performance Level DCIPS position. DCIPS Full Performance Level positions include GS/GG-12. The NRO is accepting applications from both GS/GG-12 Federal Government employees and non-Federal Government employees for this position. Federal government employees, who are currently at a GS/GG-12, or equivalent may ONLY apply for a lateral reassignment at their current grade level, and step. Federal applicants who exceed the advertised grade may voluntarily request acceptance at the lower grade IAW DoDI 1400.25 Volume 2006. Knowledge of the principles and theories of strategic planning, program assessment, business management and processes aligned organization models. Skill in applying analytical ability to resolve unique or novel problems, conditions, or issues; or significantly alter standard practices, equipment, devices, processes, and known techniques. Knowledge of the range of policies, regulations and applicable precedents affecting the use of program and related support resources including knowledge of Ds&Os mission and program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations. Skills to conceptualize and effectively lead complex analytic projects with limited supervision. Ability to work collegially to find a consensus solution when views differ among agencies, and ability to effectively work independently and within a team or collaborative environment.     $86,335 to $112,240 per year

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
