    • Responsible for the fiscal performance of the HAIMS program, monitoring and reporting the health of the program using an EVMS approach

    • Engineered and managed the implementation of the Theater Image Repository (TIR) in Landstuhl, Germany to consolidate all military medical images into one central site for global visibility and retrieval  
    • Lead various Joint Service Integrated Product Teams to resolve engineering design, scheduling and test issues with the DOD and VA stakeholders
    • Evaluated the relevancy and efficacy of candidate COTS and GOTS solutions to satisfy user requirements, mission, technical and system needs, which were implemented in the development of the HAIMS program

    Served as the PEO JMIS Liaison to the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) to successfully obtain the required TMIP software interoperability certification
